Bulk SMS services, domain name registration, and website advance payments are not eligible for refunds.

• We either couldn't get started on your project right soon or didn't start it at all;
• You can cancel the project within 24 hours after making the payment;
• I paid more because I erred.

No refund will be given if:

• You have already given your approval to the design mockup. This requirement won't be met if we are unable to complete the project in accordance with its criteria;
• Your inadequate communication is the cause of the project's delays;
